Business idea – setting up a Candy Store

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je vyhotovení podnikatelského záměru, který bude fungovat v praxi jako nástroj pro provozování podniku Candy store v centru Prahy na již určeném místě. Mezi dílčí cíle práce patří analýza prostředí a procesů v podniku, výběr ideální právní formy podnikání pro daný obor, návrh marketingového plánu na sociálních sítích a zpracování financování podnikatelského záměru. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy z oblasti podnikání, potřebné náležitosti k založení vybraného typu společnosti a strukturu podnikatelského plánu dle základních atributů. Praktická část se zabývá reálným podnikatelským záměrem, který bude sloužit vlastníkům k rozhodování o realizaci projektu.

Abstract:

The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to create a business idea that will work in practice as a tool for running the Candy store in the center of Prague at an already established place. The sub-objectives of this thesis include analysis of the environment and the company processes, the choice of appropriate legal forms of business for the given field, the proposal of the social media marketing plan and financing a business idea. Theoretical part explains concepts of business, necessary requirements for the establishment of the chosen company type and the structure of the business plan according to basic atributes. Practical part deals with real business idea, which will serve owners for deciding on the implementation of the project.
