Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na výzkum míry spokojenosti vychovatelů v penitenciární péči. Zejména ve vazebních věznicích a ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy spojené s profesí vychovatele a dále navazující východiska spojená s jejich profesní spokojeností. Diploma thesis aims to reveal the level of satisfaction among penitential caretakers, mainly in prison and during execution of imprisonment. In the theoretical part, keywords connected to the care-taker role are listed. These are followed by resolutions connected to employer satisfaction.
