Úkolem práce je vytvořit nástroj pro školení a certifikaci operátorů Dohledových, přijímacích a poplachových center (DPPC), pracujících s integrovanou grafickou nástavbou elektrických a elektronických bezpečnostních systémů, softwarem C4 verze 2018 service pack 2. The purpose of this thesis is to create a tool for training and certifying central monitoring station operators working with an intergrated security software C4 version 2018 merging both electrical and electronic Security systems.
