The impact of selected factors on the adhesion properties of thin film - substrate

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce si klade za úkol definování pojmů adheze a koheze, popis systému tenká vrstva-substrát a zaměří se převážně na adhezivně-kohezivní vlastnosti, které na rozhraní tohoto systému působí. V experimentální části budou podrobeny vzorky řadě testů a na jejich základě se určí z vybraných systémů nejvhodnější kombinace tloušťky tenké vrstvy a tvrdosti substrátu.

The bachelor thesis aims to define the terms of adhesion and cohesion, a description of the thin film-substrate system and it focuses mainly on adhesive-cohesive properties that operates on interface of this system.
