An Assessment of Credit Worthiness on the Basis of Financial and Economic Indicators

Abstract:

Pálová, Monika, Bc.: Guest creditworthiness on the basis of financial and economic indicators. [Master thesis]. Banking Institute of the University of Prague, Foreign University of Banská Bystrica. Department of Finance, Accounting and Insurance. Supervisor: doc. Ing. Peter Gallo, CSc. Year of defence: 2013. Number of pages: 80. This thesis deals with the assessment of the creditworthiness of the firms tummy, as on the basis of financial and economic indicators, which reflect the financial stability and their use in optimising the management of the company. The first chapter is devoted to the explanation of basic concepts such as business, business signs, business goals and business process describes the types of businesses, efficiency and creditworthiness of the company, defines financial management business, importance and role of financial analysis in corporate finance management, process and content of financial analysis, types of financial analysis, provides reporting necessary for the implementation of financial analysis. The second chapter on the financial statements of the company analysis the assets, liabilities and results of operations of the company, the cash flow statement, decisive proportional, differential indicators, the economic added value and enterprise value-based bankruptcy models. The third chapter evaluates the results of the analysis, formulate conclusions and offers proposals for solving the adverse financial situation analysed business entity to acquire its financial stability.

Katedra financií, účtovníctva a poisťovníctva. Vedúci práce: doc. Ing. Peter Gallo, CSc. Rok obhajoby: 2013 Počet strán: 80 Diplomová práca sa zaoberá hodnotením bonity vybratého podniku Plastika, a.s. na základe finančno-ekonomických ukazovateľov, ktoré vyjadrujú finančnú stabilitu a ich využitie pri optimalizácii riadenia podniku. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na vysvetlenie základný pojmov ako podnik, znaky podniku, ciele podnikania a ekonomického procesu, popisuje typy podnikov, efektívnosť a bonitu podniku, definuje finančné riadenie podniku, význam a úlohy finančnej analýzy pri riadení podnikových financií, postup a obsah finančnej analýzy, druhy finančnej analýzy, uvádza výkazy nevyhnutné pre realizáciu finančnej analýzy. Druhá kapitola na základe účtovných výkazov uvedeného podniku analyzuje aktíva, pasíva, výsledok hospodárenia spoločnosti, prehľad peňažných tokov, rozhodujúce pomerové, rozdielové ukazovatele, ekonomickú pridanú hodnotu a hodnotí podnik na báze bankrotových modelov. Tretia kapitola vyhodnocuje výsledky finančnej analýzy, formuluje závery a prináša návrhy riešenia nepriaznivej finančnej situácie analyzovaného podnikateľského subjektu na získanie jeho finančnej stability.
