Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá dynamikou technologie blockchain, zejména se zaměřením na dopad inteligentních smluv a funkční stabilitu kryptoměn. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat vzájemné vztahy mezi hlavními kryptoměnami, jako jsou Ethereum (ETH), Avalanche (AVAX), Solana (SOL), Cardano (ADA) a Polkadot (DOT), a posoudit úlohu stablecoinů, jako jsou USD Coin (USDC), Tether (USDT) a Euro Token (EURT), při udržování ekonomické stability v rámci digitálních transakcí. S využitím kvantitativní korelační analýzy a hodnocení objemově vážené průměrné ceny (VWAP) tato studie identifikuje významné synchronizace chování mezi ADA, AVAX a DOT, přičemž zdůrazňuje výrazný vliv Etherea na trh, který je s těmito kryptoměnami méně korelován. Šetření potvrzuje efektivitu stablecoinů při zachování jejich hodnoty vůči fiat měnám, a to i uprostřed širší volatility kryptotrhu. Zjištění přispívají k lepšímu pochopení dynamiky trhu s kryptoměnami a stabilizačního potenciálu chytrých smluv a stablecoinů a naznačují strategické důsledky pro investory a formulaci politik v oblasti digitálních financí. Rozsah tohoto výzkumu je však omezen výběrem kryptoměn a statickou povahou použitých dat, která nemusí zachycovat celé spektrum rychle se vyvíjejícího blockchainového prostředí. Budoucí výzkum by mohl tuto práci rozšířit o širší škálu digitálních měn a analýzu dat v reálném čase a hlouběji prozkoumat regulační a technologické změny, které neustále přetvářejí prostředí kryptoměn. Tato práce poskytuje cenné poznatky pro akademiky i odborníky z praxe a nabízí komplexní zkoumání kritických funkcí blockchainu, které by mohly ovlivnit budoucí vývoj finančních technologií a hospodářské politiky.

Abstract:

This thesis delves into the dynamics of blockchain technology, particularly focusing on the impact of smart contracts and the functional stability of cryptocurrencies. The primary objective is to analyze the interrelations among major cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum (ETH), Avalanche (AVAX), Solana (SOL), Cardano (ADA), and Polkadot (DOT) and assess the role of stablecoins like USD Coin (USDC), Tether (USDT), and Euro Token (EURT) in maintaining economic stability within digital transactions. Employing quantitative correlation analysis and Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP) assessments, this study identifies significant behavioral synchronizations among ADA, AVAX, and DOT, while highlighting Ethereum’s distinctive market influence as less correlated with these cryptocurrencies. The investigation confirms the effectiveness of stablecoins in preserving their value against fiat currencies, even amidst the broader volatility of the crypto market. The findings contribute to a nuanced understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics and the stabilizing potential of smart contracts and stablecoins, suggesting strategic implications for investors and policy formulations in digital finance. However, the scope of this research is constrained by the selection of cryptocurrencies and the static nature of the data used, which may not capture the full spectrum of the fast-evolving blockchain environment. Future research could expand upon this work by incorporating a wider range of digital currencies and real-time data analysis, exploring deeper into the regulatory and technological shifts that continually reshape the cryptocurrency landscape. This thesis provides valuable insights for both academics and practitioners, offering a comprehensive examination of critical blockchain functionalities that could influence future developments in financial technology and economic policy.
