Diplomová práce se zabývá posuzováním a kontrolou koncentrací na vnitřním trhu EU. V teoretické části vymezujeme základní pojmy související s danou problematikou. Zabýváme se významem a funkcí koncentrací na vnitřním trhu EU, soutěžní politikou, hospodářskou soutěží a její ochranou a procesem posuzování koncentrací v EU.
