Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice nastolování církevních restitucí na politickou agendu v ČR.Pro svoji práci jsem se seznámila s pracemi vedoucího, které publikoval v impaktových časopisech nastolování církevních restitucí na veřejnou agendu. Jedná se o téma, které je neustále aktuální a které "můžeme brát již za vyřízené". V současné době se hovoří o tom, co církev bude dělat s navráceným majetkem. Práce nabízí ucelený pohled na řešení vztahu mezi státem a církví v České republice.V práci jsou nejprve zmíněny pojmy, které jsou pro toto téma důležité. Následně jsem se okrajově zaměřila na to, jak se politici snažili řešit křivdy církevních restitucí v průběhu let, kdy docházelo k změnám ve vládě. Poslední část se zabývá tím, jak jednotlivý politici nahlíží na církevní restituce a jak se snaží pomoci církvi. Cílem této práce je prozkoumat působení politické agendy na církevní restituce, přesněji pojednat o majetkovém vyrovnání s církvemi a náboženskými společnostmi na rok 2008.Pro vyjasnění křivd mezi státem a církví se politici snažili navrhnout nějaký zákon, který by tyto křivdy zmírnil či napravil. Ne všechny předložené zákony byly vhodnými pro dosažení nějakého kompromisu mezi církví a státem

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of establishing church restitutions on the political agenda in the Czech Republic. For my work, I introduced the work of the leader, who published in impact journals the establishment of church restitutions on the public agenda. It is a theme that is constantly up to date and which we "can take for granted". At present, there is talk of what the church will do with the returned property. The thesis offers a comprehensive view of the solution of the relationship between the state and the Church in the Czech Republic. Subsequently, I focused marginally on how politicians tried to solve the injustices of church restitutions over the years when there were changes in government. The last part deals with how individual politicians view church restitutions and how they try to help the church. The aim of this thesis is to investigate the influence of the political agenda on church restitution, more precisely to deal with the property settlement with churches and religious societies for 2008. To clarify the injustices between the state and the church, politicians tried to propose a law to alleviate or correct these injustices. Not all the laws presented were appropriate to achieve any compromise between the church and the state.
