Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá právní stránkou asistované reprodukce, jejích metod a etických aspektů. The proposed thesis deals with the legal aspects of assisted reproduction, its methods and ethical aspects. Not only does it define the basic concepts of assisted reproduction, but also the concept of surrogate motherhood as one of the methods of assisted reproduction.
