Práce je zaměřena na návrh projektu vysokoškolské koleje. První část obsahuje literární rešerši, která popisuje umístění, dispozici a vzhled navrhovaného objektu, volbu konstrukčního systému, zvolené výrobky a způsob zajištění technických, akustických a protipožárních požadavků.
