Divorce of a marriage and following child care from a view of all involved

Abstract:

Ústředním tématem práce je rozvod manželství a porozvodové uspořádání péče o děti z pohledu samotných rodičů. Teoretická část práce se zabývá manželstvím a rodinou, přičemž značná část je věnována rozvodu. Práce má teoreticko - empirický charakter. Metodou hloubkových polostrukturovaných rozhovorů jsou zjišťovány příčiny, průběh a dopady rozvodu na rodiče a na děti, uspořádání péče o děti po rozvodu, a to, zda a jakým způsobem se promítá vztah mezi ex-manželi do jejich vztahu s dětmi.

Abstract:

The main topic of the thesis is divorce of the marriage and following after divorce child care settlement from parents point of view. The theoretical part of the thesis is discussing marriage and family, while large part is concentrating on divorce. The theoretic - empirical approach was chosen for the thesis. The divorce cases, process and consequences for parents and children, after divorce child care settlement, and also whether and how ex-spouses relationship effects their relationship with their children were investigated via in-depth semi-structured conversations.
