Supply Chain Relationships in concrete company
Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza řízení zásobovací řetězce velkého strojírenského podniku. V teoretické části je vymezen systém fungování dodavatelského řetězce se zaměřením na hodnocení a volbu dodavatele. V praktické části je provedena analýza hodnocení a výběru dodavatele a navržena úpravu a změna současného systému hodnocení.
Abstract:
The aim of this Bachelor's work is the analysis of Supply Chain Management in an engineering company. In the theoretical part there is the process of current Supply Chain defined with focus on Suppliers Evaluation and the selection of a supplier. In the practical part there is a current situation analysed and modification and change of current Evaluation system proposed.
