Abstract:
The goal of my bachelor thesis is description and analysis of legal and other type of documents, that correct activity and existence of cooperatives, that is another form of business. In the present have cooperatives great status,beacause of that is important to know principle of their operation and basic characteristics.
Abstract:
Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je popis a analýza legislatívnych a iných dokumentov, ktoré upravujú činnosť a existenciu družstiev, ako inej formy podnikania. Družstvá hrajú v dnešnej spoločnosti veľkú úlohu, a je potrebné poznať princípy ich fungovania, a základné charakteristiky.
