Inventory optimization in the construction company
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci zásob ve stavebním podniku. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se řízení zásob. V praktické části práce jsou teoretické poznatky demonstrovány na vybraném podniku. Na základě analýzy současného stavu stanovím nedostatky a navrhnu řešení těchto nedostatků.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the optimization of inventory management in the construction company. There are characterized basic concepts related to inventory management in the theoretical part. The practical part of the work demonstrates the theoretical knowledge on construction company. Based on the analysis of the current state I will set shortcomings and suggest solutions to these shortcomings.
