Abstract:
Cílem této disertační práce je výzkum bazických polyamino kyselin, jako jsou polylysin, polyarginin a polyhistidin, jako modelové systémy složitějších proteinů. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na elektrochemický podíl jednotlivých aminokyselin v katalytické reakci vylučování vodíku (CHER), stejně jako vyšetřování CHER bílkovin a polysacharidů. The aim of this Thesis is the research of basic polyamino acids, such as polylysine, polyarginine, and polyhistidine as model systems of more complex proteins. The special emphasis is given to electrochemical contribution of individual amino acids in catalytic hydrogen evolution reaction (CHER), as well as investigation of CHER of proteins and carbohydrates.
