Abstract:
Sakrální tvorba meziválečného zlínského architekta Františka Lydie Gahury se značně odlišuje od jeho konstruktivististické zlínské architektury. Prochází vývojem od silné výrazovosti přes konstruktivismus až po celkově neoklasicistní ráz. Stavba kaple svatého Václava ve Zlíně-Kudlově všechny tyto styly do jisté míry kombinuje a stává se tak důležitou stavbou v tvorbě architekta i celé zlínské meziválečné …more
Abstract:
Church architecture of František Lydie Gahura passes through the development from brick expressionism through constructivism to the neo-classical style. His chapel of St. Wenceslav in Zlín-Kudlov combines all these styles and because of that becomes an important building in architect's work and also in the inter-war architecture in Zlín.
