Předmětem diplomové práce je vydědění nepominutelného dědice. Těžištěm práce je rozbor jednotlivých důvodů vydědění, jejichž aplikace může v praxi činit problémy z důvodu použití abstraktních a obecných pojmů, kterými jsou důvody vydědění definovány. The subject of the diploma thesis is the disinheritance of a forced heir. In my work I have focused on the analysis of particular reasons for the disinheritance, whose application may cause difficulty in practice because of using abstract and general terms that define the reasons for the disinheritance.
