Nursing Process at the Hemodialysis Patient with a Chronic Kidney Failure

Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelským procesem u hemodialyzovaného pacienta s chronickým selháním ledvin. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie a funkce ledvin, definice renálního selhání, diagnostika a léčba chronického selhání ledvin. Dále jsou popsána specifika ošetřovatelské péče o hemodialyzovaného pacienta a režimová opatření hemodialyzovaného. V praktické části je popsán samotný ošetřovatelský proces u vybraného pacienta. Na základě získaných informací o pacientovi byly stanoveny aktuální a potencionální ošetřovatelské diagnózy. Výstupem této práce je vytvoření doporučení pro personál pracující na hemodialyzačním středisku, pacienty a rodinné příslušníky pacienta. Klíčová

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the nursing process at the hemodialysis patient with chronic kidney failure. The theoretical part describes the anatomy and function of the kidneys, the definition of renal failure, diagnosis and treatment of chronic renal failure. Furthermore, the specifics of nursing care of the hemodialysis patient are described, including regimen measures of the hemodialysis patient. The practical part describes the nursing process itself at the selected patient. On the basis of the patient information obtained, the current and potential nursing diagnosis was determined. The output of this bachelor thesis is to create recommendations for staff working at the hemodialysis center, patients and family members of the patient.
