This paper deals with the problematics of EU cohesion policy 2007-2013. An analysis of EU decision-making process with link to EU finanacial framework 2007-2013 is given. This paper consist of two parts. The first part defines the cohesion policy and describes the process of decision making. The second part deals with the cohesion policy in Czech republic.
