Diplomová práce se zabývá důchodovou formulí a jejím vlivem na zaměstnanost důchodců. Analyzuje parametry důchodové formule a zabývá se výpočtem jednotlivých starobních důchodů (řádný, předčasný, odložený). Cílem práce je určit, zda je osoba v předdůchodovém věku motivována k odchodu do starobního důchodu nebo k prodloužení pracovní činnosti. The diploma thesis is focus on pension formula and its impact on the employment of pensioners.
