Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o franchisingu jako způsobu podnikání, při kterém poskytovatel - franchisor nabízí příjemcům - franchisantům podnikatelský koncept na klíč. Teoreticko – metodologická část je zaměřena na definici a stav franchisingu, jeho výhody a nevýhody. Zmiňuje také počáteční náklady, které musí franchisant vynaložit a jaké má možnosti zdrojů k financování tohoto podnikání. Aplikační část představuje koncept prodeje vozů založený na franchisingové smlouvě. Stěžejní pasáží je využití možnosti financování franchisingu pomocí faktoringové společnosti.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with franchising as a way of doing business, in which the grantor - the franchisor offers to recipients - franchisees turnkey business concept. Theoretical - methodological part is focused on the definition and status of franchising and its advantages and disadvantages. And also talks about the initial costs to be incurred and what resources the franchisee has to fund business opportunities. Application of a concept of selling cars based on the franchise contract. The central passage is the use of franchise financing options with a factoring company.
