Development of the Road Economy in the Municipality of Frýdek-Místek

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou financování oprav a údržby místních komunikací ve statutárním městě Frýdek-Místek. Cílem je posoudit náklady a jejich vývoj v dopravní infrastruktuře města ve vztahu k celkovým nákladům statutárních měst Moravskoslezského kraje. První a druhá část je teoretická a věnuje se popisu pojmů v oblastech pozemních komunikací, veřejného sektoru, veřejné správy, rozpočtové politiky obcí, popisu porovnávaných statutárních měst a forem oprav a údržby pozemních komunikací. Třetí, praktická část, analyzuje vztahy nákladů na opravy a údržbu místních komunikací mezi městem Frýdek-Místek a statutárními městy Moravskoslezského kraje s využitím ekonometrických a kvantitativních modelů a metod včetně predikce následujícího vývoje.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the financing of repairs and maintenance of local roads in the statutory town of Frýdek-Místek. The aim is to assess the costs and their development in the city's transport infrastructure in relation to the total costs of the statutory cities of the Moravian-Silesian county. The first and second parts are theoretical and are devoted to the description of concepts in the areas of roads, public sector, public administration, budget policy of municipalities, description of compared statutory cities and forms of repairs and maintenance of roads. The third, practical part, analyzes the cost relationships for repairs and maintenance of local roads between the town of Frýdek-Místek and the statutory towns of the Moravian-Silesian county using econometric and quantitative models and methods, including the prediction of future developments.
