Be fruitful and multiply: assited reproduction from the perspective of social anthropology
Abstract:
Tato práce přináší kritický, sociálně vědní exkurz do fenoménu asistované reprodukce. Autor ve své práci poukazuje na soudobé kritiky tohoto konceptu, a pomocí teorií nejen Michela Foucaulta, přináší i vlastní analýzu tohoto fenoménu. Analýza je následována etnografickým výzkumem, orientovaným na průběh darování spermatu.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis brings a critical anthropological view on the phenomena of so called assited reproduction. Author shows contemporary critiques of this pehenomena and uses not only Foucault's theory for his own part of analysis and critique. This analysis is followed by ethnographic research which's oriented on sperm donation.
