Project of the Quality Improvement of Services for the Selected Microbrewery and It's Use in Tourism

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zkvalitnění služeb ve vybraném minipivovaru a jeho využití v cestovním ruchu formou vybudování pivních lázní a wellness. Produkt má za cíl zvýšit počet ubytovaných hostů ve vybraném minipivovaru, a více zapojit podnik do cestovního ruchu. Teoretická část diplomové práce obsahuje definice z oblasti služeb, cestovního ruchu, hotelnictví, lázeňství a wellness. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu lokality a samotného Pivovaru Vraník. V analytické části je analyzován současný stav v oblastech pivovarnictví, ubytování a využití volného času v Pivovaru Vraník. Následně jsou uvedeny analýzy, konkrétně ekonomická analýza, analýzy PESTE, Porterova analýza pěti sil, SWOT analýza a vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření. Na základě získaných znalostí z teoretické části a na základě informací z analytické části byl vypracován projekt. Projekt byl na závěr podroben nákladové, časové a rizikové analýze.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis aim is to improve the quality of services in a selected microbrewery and its use in tourism in the form of building a beer spa and wellness. The aim of the product is to increase the number of guests staying in the selected microbrewery. It will also increase the company's involvement in tourism. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis includes a definition of services, tourism, hotel business, spa and wellness. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the location and Pivovar Vranik itself. In the analytical part, the current situation in the field of brewing, accommodation and recreation in the Pivovar Vranik is analysed. The next part are consists of specific analyses, namely economic analysis, PESTE analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, SWOT analysis and evaluation of the questionnaire survey. Based on the knowledge gained from the theoretical part and the information base from the analytical part, a project was prepared. Finally, the project was subjected to a cost, time and risk analysis.
