Abstract:
Deficit pyruvátkinázy je popisován jako jedna z četných příčin kongenitálních nesférocytárních anémií. Ve většině případů se však nejedná o absolutní enzymatický deficit, ale dají se předpokládat mutace tohoto enzymu, které mají různou charakteristiku. Abstract:
The deficiency of pyruvatekinase is described as one of numerous causes of hereditary nonspherocytes haemolytic anemia. In most cases there isn´t absolute enzymatic deficiency but there are possible some mutations of this enzyme which have diferent characteristics.
