Abstract:
Deficit pyruvátkinázy je popisován jako jedna z četných příčin kongenitálních nesférocytárních anémií. Ve většině případů se však nejedná o absolutní enzymatický deficit, ale dají se předpokládat mutace tohoto enzymu, které mají různou charakteristiku. The deficiency of pyruvatekinase is described as one of numerous causes of hereditary nonspherocytes haemolytic anemia. In most cases there isn´t absolute enzymatic deficiency but there are possible some mutations of this enzyme which have diferent characteristics.
