Influence of Habitat Conditions on the Growth, Development and Quality of Sugar Beet Tuber

Abstract:

Závěrečná bakalářská práce s názvem „Vliv podmínek stanoviště na růst, vývoj a kvalitu bulev cukrovky“ se zaměřuje na cukrovou řepu. V první části bakalářské práce se zaměříme na teoretickou charakteristiku cukrové řepy. Charakterizujeme si historii cukrové řepy spolu s vývojem pěstováním a cukrovarnictvím v České republice. Dále si charakterizujeme cukrovou řepu anatomicky, morfologicky a chemicky. Budeme se zabývat vývojem a růstem cukrové řepy, kdy se zmíníme i o výnosových prvkách a odrůdách cukrové řepy. V poslední kapitole literární rešerše si přiblížíme vliv prostředí na pěstování cukrové řepy, kde si charakterizuje jednotlivé vlivy, které nám pěstování řepy mohou ovlivnit.V praktické části závěrečné bakalářské práce se zaměříme na pokusy, kde budeme stanovovat vliv podmínek na kvalitu cukrové řepy. Zanalyzujeme získaná data, porovnáme výsledky z dvou roků a tří stanovišť.

Abstract:

The final bachelor's thesis entitled "Influence of habitat conditions on the growth, development and quality of sugar beet tuber" focuses on sugar beet. In the first part of the bachelor thesis we will focus on the theoretical characteristics of sugar beet. We characterize the history of sugar beet together with the development of cultivation and sugar production in the Czech Republic. We also characterize the sugar pin anatomically, morphologically and chemically. We will deal with the development and growth of sugar beet, where we will also mention the yield elements and varieties of sugar beet. In the last chapter of the literature search, we will approach the influence of the environment on the cultivation of beets, where it characterizes the individual influences that may affect our cultivation of beets.In the practical part of the final bachelor's thesis we will focus on experiments where we will determine the effect of conditions on the quality of sugar beet. We analyse the obtained data, compare the results from two years and three sites.
