Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se zaobírám tématem „Sankcionováním mladistvých“. Hlavním cílem mé práce je přiblížit problematiku delikvence mladistvých a její následné sankcionování. V práci jsou rozebrány jednotlivé sankce, které mohou být mladistvému uloženy za jeho provinění od nejmírnějších, po nejpřísnější. Práce je zaměřena na výchovná, ochranná i trestní opatření, kterými jsou např. výchovné povinnosti, dohled probačního úředníka, výchovná omezení, obecně prospěšné práce, peněžité opatření, domácí vězení až po nejpřísnější trest odnětí svobody nepodmíněně. Dále pak v samostatné kapitole jsou popsána opatření, která se ukládají dětem do 15 let. V poslední kapitole je přiblížena činnost výchovného ústavu v Pšově, popsána jeho struktura a jsou zde bližší informace z oddělení ochranné výchovy, kde je umístěno 15 chlapců, kterým byla soudem uložena ochranná výchova.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis I deal with the topic "Sanctioning of juveniles". The main goal of my work is to approach the issue of juvenile delinquency and its subsequent sanctioning. The work discusses the various sanctions that can be imposed on a juvenile for his offenses from the mildest to the most severe. The work is focused on educational, protective and criminal measures, such as educational duties, supervision of the probation officer, educational restrictions, community service, financial measures, house arrest up to the most severe sentence of unconditional imprisonment. Furthermore, a separate chapter describes the measures which are imposed on children under 15 years of age. The last chapter describes the activities of the educational institute in Pšov, describes its structure and provides more information from the Department of Protective Education, which houses 15 boys who have been imposed protective education by a court.
