Předmětem této diplomové práce analýza dostupnosti vlastního bydlení v České republice spolu s možnostmi jeho financování, mezi které patří především hypoteční úvěr a úvěr ze stavebního spoření. The subject of this thesis is the analysis of the own housing affordability in the Czech Republic together with the possibilities of housing financing, which include mainly mortgage and loan from building savings.
