The possibilities of compensation and regeneration in hockey

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o možnostech kompenzace a regenerace v ledním hokeji. Je rozdělena do více částí. V první teoretické části představuje hru lední hokej, jeho charakteristiku, historii a pravidla. Poté se zaměřuje na sportovní výkon, kineziologický rozbor, funkční, metabolickou a morfofunkční charakteristiku hráčů a v neposlední řadě na možnosti svalových dysbalancí. Další část je zaměřena na kompenzaci, její rozdělení s ukázkou a doporučením praktických cvičení a možnosti regenerace v tomto sportu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na výzkum zjišťující na určité skupině hokejových hráčů, jakým způsobem a do jaké míry jsou obeznámeni s kompenzací a regenerací v hokeji a jaké možnosti z obojího využívají.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the possibilities of compensation and regeneration in ice hockey. It is divided into multiple sections. The first section introduces the game of ice hockey, its characteristics, history and rules. Then it aims at the athletic performance, kinesiology analysis, functional, metabolic and morphofunctional characteristics of its players and finally on the forms of muscular imbalances. The next section is aimed at the compensation, its segmentation and the example and recommendations of practical exercises and regeneration possibilities for this sport. The practical part is focused on a research conducted on a group of ice hockey players that surveys how and to what extent they are acquainted with compensation and regeneration possibilities in ice hockey and which possibilities of compensation and regeneration they take advantage of.
