Tato bakalářské práce zkoumá různé aspekty traumatu v románu Room od současné irské autorky Emmy Donoghueové. V první části práce je nastíněn život autorky, stručný obsah díla a popis hlavních postav. Další dvě části zkoumají psychologické aspekty traumatu u jednotlivých postav. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis examines various aspects of trauma in the novel Room by contemporary Irish author Emma Donoghue. The first part of the thesis outlines the author's life, a brief summary of the content of the story and a description of the main characters.
