Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analyzovat specifika pracovněprávních vztahů zaměstnanců územně samosprávných celků a porovnat je s pracovněprávními vztahy státních zaměstnanců nebo s pracovními poměry v podnikatelské sféře. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyze the specifics of labor-law relations of employees of territorial self-governments and compare them with the labor-law relations of civil servants or employment relationships in the business sphere.
