Design and Implementation of a Website for a Woodworking Entrepreneur

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem práce je redesign stávajících webových stránek v systému WordPress. V práci jsou popsány základní principy a metody řešení webové stránky včetně responzivního designu, SEO optimalizace a uživatelské přístupnosti. Dále je provedena analýza stávajícího stavu, analýza konkurenčních webů a identifikace uživatelských požadavků. Na základě této analýzy je vytvořen návrh řešení a vytvoření funkčního prototypu. V práci jsou dále popsány fáze implementace, testovací scénáře, metodika testování a vyhodnocení zpětné vazby uživatelů. Závěrem jsou shrnuty výsledky práce a uvedeny možnosti budoucího rozvoje webových stránek pro živnostníka dřevovýroby.

Abstract:

The main goal of the work is to redesign an existing website in WordPress. The work describes the basic principles and methods of website design including responsive design, SEO optimization and user friendliness. In addition, the analysis of the existing state of the art, analysis of competing websites and identification of user requirements is carried out. Based on this analysis, a solution design is created, and a functional prototype is tested. The paper further describes the implementation phases, testing scenarios, testing methodology and evaluation of user feedback. Finally, the results of the work are summarized and possibilities for future development of a website for a woodworking trade are presented.
