Contract on Sale with Special Focus on Defect of Goods
Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o právní úpravě kupní smlouvy v České republice se zaměřením na vady zboží a důsledky vadného plnění – odpovědnost za vady a nároky z vad zboží. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou, která obsahuje příklady z judikatury a u některých z nich je uvedeno i mé vlastní řešení.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the legal regulation of contract on sale in the Czech Republic with special focus on defects of goods and consequences of a defective performance – liability for defects and claims for defects of goods. It is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part, which contains examples of the case law and in some of them there is even mentioned my own solution.
