Tématem diplomové práce je návrh podnikatelského záměru na nové restaurační zařízení. Tento návrh je tvořen pro vyvarování se zbytečným chybám při zakládání podniku. Pomocí analýzy trhu je zjištěno, zda je takový druh podniku ve městě žádaný. Pomocí finančního plánu je vypočteno, jak si podnik poradí s počátečním financováním.
