Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kriminalistickou metodou ztotožnění pachatele trestného činu na základě znovupoznání osobou, která má paměťovou stopu související s tímto trestným činem. Tato práce se zabývá uplatněním jednotlivých druhů rekognice a jejich využívání v praxi, zejména pak rekognice živých osob a jejich vnějších znaků, podle kterých jsou si lidé s paměťovou stopou schopni zapamatovat a následně tak určit rekognovaný objekt. Jeden z cílů bakalářské práce bylo seznámit se s průběhem rekognice v praxi, zda probíhá podle současné právní úpravy České republiky či nikoli, a k jakým vadám dochází. Druhým cílem bylo zjistit, zda je člověk schopen si vybavit vnímaný objekt po delším časovém intervalu a určit některé charakteristické vnější znaky na daném objektu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the criminalistic method of identifying the perpetrator of a crime based on the re-recognition of a person who has a memory trace associated with this crime. This work deals with the application of individual types of recognitions and their use in practice, especially the recognitions of living persons and their functional features, according to which people with a memory track can remember and consequently determine the object. One of the aims of the bachelor thesis was to get acquainted with the course of the recognition in practice, whether it is under the current legislation of the Czech Republic or not and what defects occur. The second aim was to find out whether a person can recall a perceived object over a longer period and to identify some characteristic functional features on a given object.
