Abstract:
Penzijní reforma je způsob, jakým stát čelí změnám v systémovém okolí penzijního systému. Rozhodující vliv mají věkové změny ve struktuře populace. V ČR se kombinují dva faktory: dlouhodobě roste podíl osob v poproduktivním věku a do pracovního procesu začínají přicházet věkové slabší ročníky. Výsledkem je a bude riziko nerovnováhy systému.
