Proceedings on Record Insertion in the Land Register

Abstract:

This bachelor work presents a complex view of wide problematics of the Land Register. The core of the work is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter is focused on the Land Register, the analysis of its interesting history, the legislation of the Land Register, types of entries of rights to properties, subject and content of the Land Register, government authorities active in the field of the Land Register and the Land Register proceedings. The second chapter is dedicated to the registration in the Land and its legislation. The content of the second chapter is also issue of finance of the Land Register sucha s administrative fees, compensation costs, charges for offenses. The third chapter is devoted to the proceedings on record insertion. So in this chapter is analyzed notice of the intended proposal to record insertion, time limits for decision, review the proposal to record insertion, the decision to permit record insertion, suspension and stopping the proceedings on proposal to record insertion.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca je komplexným pohľadom na obsiahlu problematiku katastra nehnuteľností. Jadro práce je rozdelené do troch hlavných kapitol. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na kataster nehnuteľností, analýzu jeho zaujímavej histórie, právnu úpravu katastra nehnuteľností, druhy zápisov práv k nehnuteľnostiam, predmet a obsah katastra nehnuteľností, orgány štátnej správy pôsobiace na úseku katastra nehnuteľností a katastrálne konanie. Druhá kapitola je venovaná samotnému vkladu do katastra nehnuteľností a jeho právnej úprave. Obsahom druhej kapitoly je súčasne téma financií v oblasti katastra nehnuteľností ako sú správne poplatky, náhrada trov, poplatky za priestupky. V tretej kapitole sa venuje pozornosť konaniu o vklade. Čiže v tejto kapitole je analyzované oznámenie o zamýšľanom návrhu na vklad, časové lehoty pre rozhodnutie, preskúmanie návrhu na vklad, rozhodnutie o povolení vkladu, prerušenie konania a zastavenie konania o návrhu na vklad.
