Abstract:
In international professional settings, teams with diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds have become the norm. In these environments, different dynamics take place than in culturally homogenous teams. A series on interviews conducted with members of a culturally and linguistically diverse team show the strategies and practices which such teams adopted in their professional relations.Abstract:
