Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce „Realizace a projekt vnitrostátní fúze akciových společností“ je popsat jednotlivé fáze realizace úspěšné fúze akciových společností. Tato práce se zaměřuje na nalezení optimální varianty fúze pro konkrétní společnosti s důrazem na snadný průběh a časovou efektivnost celé fúze.
Abstract:
The goal of the submitted thesis: ”Merger realization and merger project at domestic joint stock companies” is to describe individual phases of the successful merger of joint stock companies. This thesis is focused on finding the optimal solution of merger of particular companies, with an emphasis on smooth progress and time efficiency of the whole merger.
