New Labour Code in relation to the safety of labour

Abstract:

Svou bakalářskou práci jsem zaměřila na vytvoření podmínek bezpečnosti práce pro zaměstnance podniků První izolační ALAFA, s.r.o. a ORISTA, s.r.o. Cílem obou společností bylo získat certifikát OHSAS 18001 a integrovat svůj systém řízení. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na zákoník práce a na systémy řízení dle mezinárodních norem ISO, které jsou součástí integrovaného systému managementu. Velkou pozornost jsem věnovala normě OHSAS 18001, jejíž pochopení je nutné k porozumění praktické části. Zavádění bezpečnosti práce v podnicích jsem se účastnila díky spolupráci s poradenskou společností A+M Consulting, s.r.o. Na jednáních jsem vystupovala jako auditor {--} pozorovatel. Z tohoto hlediska jsem popsala samotné zavádění systému OHSAS 18001, kde jsem se mimo jiné zaměřila na interní audity a rizika vyskytující se ve stavebnictví. Na závěr jsem porovnala dosažené výsledky po interních auditech v obou společnostech. Zavedení systému bezpečnosti práce proběhlo úspěšně. Po ukončení certifikačního auditu získaly obě společnosti certifikaci OHSAS 18001 a integrovaly svůj systém řízení.

Abstract:

I have focused my bachelor on the creation of occupational safety conditions for the employees` of První izolační ALAFA, s.r.o. and ORISTA, s.r.o. enterprise. The target of both of these companies was to achieve the OHSAS 18001 certificate and integrate their system of control. In the theoretical part, I concentrated on the labour code and systems of control by the international ISO norms that are a part of the intergrated system of management. I paied close attention to the OHSAS 18001 norm, for its understanding it is necessary to understand the practical part. I participated in the establishment of the occupation safety system thanks to the cooperation with the A+M Consulting, s.r.o. company. I acted as an auditor {--} spectator during the negotiations. From this point of view I discribed the installation of the OHSAS 18001 system itself and focused on the internal audits and risks that accur in the construction industry among other things. Finally, I compared the achieved results after the internal audits in both companies. The installation of the occupation safety system was a success. After ending the certification audit, both companies gained the OHSAS 18001 certificate and integrated theit own system of control.
