Pedmtem diplomové práce Srozumitelnost rozpotu obce je identifikace bariér srozumitelnosti rozpotu, jak je mže vnímat oban obce. Teoretická ást se týká analýzy nástroj ízení obce, které s rozpotem souvisejí, jejich vlivu na srozumitelnost rozpotu a jednotlivých bariér srozumitelnosti rozpotu. The goal of the submitted thesis: Comprehensibility of municipal budget is to identify barriers of comprehensibility of budget from citizens view. Theoretic part is concerned in analyze of municipality management tools, that they are according to budget, their influence with comprehensibility of budget and individual barriers of this comprehensibility.
