Risk Assessment in the Distribution of Goods to Customers
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma "Zhodnocení rizik v distribuci zboží zákazníkům". V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy související s distribucí, logistikou a riziky. V praktické části je pozornost věnována popisu analyzované firmy a pomocí analýzy SWOT a analýzy Check list jsou vyhodnocena rizika. Dále jsou navržena opatření ke snížení nebo úplnému odstranění těchto rizik.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on the theme "Risk assessment in the distribution of goods to customers." The theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to distribution, lo-gistics and risks. In the practical part focuses on the description of the company and analy-zed using SWOT analysis and Check list are evaluated risks.
