Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá ozdravnými opatřeními ve společnosti AGmo, CZ s.r.o.. Nejdříve je popsána a zhodnocena současná situace organizace, dále se hledají příčiny firemní recese a poté je zpracován návrh ozdravných opatření.
