Neonatal resuscitation in the delivery unit

Anotace:

Bakalářská práce „Resuscitace novorozence na porodním sále“ se zabývá zmapováním organizace proškolování porodních asistentek a dětských sester o resuscitaci novorozence a zjištěním faktorů, které ovlivňují jejich vědomosti o tomto tématu. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je stručně popsána historie resuscitace, legislativa a platné postupy resuscitace s rozdíly mezi Doporučeným postupy pro resuscitaci novorozence z let 2010 a 2015. V praktické části jsou zpracovány výsledky kvantitativního šetření. Data pro šetření byla získána na základě anonymního dotazníku vypracovaného dle stanovených cílů, s důrazem na získání informací o organizaci kurzů, pracovních zkušenostech dotázaných a ověření jejich vědomostí o resuscitaci novorozence.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis " Neonatal resuscitation in the delivery unit" deals with organization of the training of midwives and paediatric nurses for the resuscitation of the newborn and the identification of factors influencing their knowledge of the subject. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part there is brief describtion of history of resuscitation, legislation and valid resuscitation procedures with the differences between the Resuscitation guidelines 2010 and 2015. In the practical part, there are the results of the quantitative survey. The data for the survey was obtained on the basis of an anonymous questionnaire prepared according to the stated goals, with an emphasis on obtaining information on organization of the courses, working experience of the respondents and checking their knowledge of neonatal resuscitation.
