The specifics of kinship foster care

Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce se věnuje tématu příbuzenské pěstounské péče, konkrétně je zaměřena na její specifika. Cílem diplomové práce je proto charakterizovat příbuzenskou pěstounskou péči, zvláště pak prarodičovskou roli jako jedno ze specifik této formy náhradní rodinné péče. Tato práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou, přičemž každá z nich je tvořena třemi kapitolami. Úvodní kapitola popisuje základní termíny vztahující se k této diplomové práci (tedy příbuzenskou pěstounskou péči a zprostředkovanou pěstounskou péči), dále zahraniční diskurs náhradní rodinné péče a realizované výzkumy v oblasti příbuzenské pěstounské péče. Druhá kapitola je již zaměřena na specifické aspekty v oblasti příbuzenské pěstounské péče. Obsahem třetí kapitoly je pak specifikum v podobě prarodičovské role. Praktická část popisuje výzkumné šetření a jeho metodologii. Jádrem výzkumné sondy jsou rozhovory s příbuzenskými pěstouny, na jejichž základě byla utvořena analýza dat a následná interpretace výsledků.

Abstract:

This thesis is about the kinship foster care topic, specifically is focused on its specifics. The goal of this thesis is, therefore, to describe kinship foster care, especially the grandparent's role as one of the specifics of this form of foster family care. This work is structured to a theoretical and practical part, each of these parts contains three chapters. The introductory chapter describes the basic terms related to this thesis (kinship foster care and mediated foster care), a foreign discourse of foster family care and realized research in the area of foster care. The second chapter is already focused on specific aspects in the area of kinship foster care. The content of the third chapter is specific in the form of a grandparent's role. The practical part describes the research and its methodology. At the core of the research probe are interviews with relatives foster parents, according this was created data analysis and interpretation of results.
