Abstract:

Téma diplomové práce s názvem "Zdokonalení procesu výběru, příjímání a orientace zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě`` je dle mého názoru velice zajímavé a důležité. Má diplomová práce má charakter zkoumání procesu přijímání, výběru a orientace zaměstnanců ve společnosti Česká spořitelna, a.s. V teoretické části práce jsem vycházela z myšlenek uvedených nejen v odborné literatuře, ale také na různých webových serverech. V praktické části práce jsem zpracovala interní materiály vybrané společnosti a provedla výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Součástí výzkumu byly také rozhovory s ředitelem odboru náboru a výběru zaměstnanců a dále s vedoucím oddělení organizace a logistika vzdělávání.

Abstract:

The topic of my graduation thesis called ``The improvement of process of selection, admission and employee orientation in the chosen company{\crq}q is, in my opinion very interesting and important.My graduation thesis has character of process of selection, admission and employee orientation research in company Česká spořitelna, a.s. In the theoretic part I´ve result not only from thought of mentioned literature but also from various web servers. In the practical part I´ve elaborate internal materials of chosen company and also I´ve made a research by questionnaire investigation. The conversation by director of department of recruitment and selection employees and by head of department of organization and logistic of education has been the part of research.
