Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o základních pojmech problematiky násilí v prostředí Výchovného ústavu, nastiňuje problematiku eliminace různých forem násilí v tomto prostředí, navrhuje metodiku začleňování dětí zde umístěných a zvládání jejich agrese. Cílem praktické části je průzkum důvodů různých typů násilí, forem a škály jejich projevů. Podrobněji pracujeme s výzkumným problémem, že různé formy násilí v prostředí VÚ nevznikají, ale jsou importovány z minulosti umístěných dětí. Při zpracování teoretické části bakalářské práce je použita metoda deskripce odborných publikací, které souvisí s tématem. Metodou empirické části je sociologický, kvalitativně laděný, výzkum, metoda sběru dat formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a jeho vyhodnocení v kvalitativním paradigmatu otevřeným kódováním. Celá práce je postavena na deduktivním základě, s jehož pomocí stanovujeme výzkumný problém, indikátory, a nakonec i vyhodnocení získaných dat.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the basic concepts of violence in the environment of the Educational Institute, outlines the issue of elimination of variousforms of violence in this environment, proposes a methodology for integratingchildrenplaced here and managingtheiraggression. The aim of the practical part is to explore the reasons for differenttypes of violence, forms and scale of theirmanifestations. We work in more detail with the hypothesisthatvariousforms of violence in the environment do not arise, but are importedfrom the past of placedchildren. During the elaboration of the theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis, the method of description of professionalpublicationsrelated to the topic is used. The method of the empirical part is sociological, qualitativelytuned, research, the method of data collection in the form of a semi-structured interview and itsevaluation in a qualitativeparadigm by open coding. The whole work is based on a deductivebasis, with the helpof whichwedetermineworkinghypotheses, indicators and finally the evaluation of the obtained data.
