Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá biomarkery karcinomu ženského pohlavního ústrojí. V práci je popsáno biochemické rozdělení tumorových markerů, jejich stručná charakteristika a průkaz v krvi. Dále jsou zde stručně shrnuty onkomarkery v klinické praxi, převážně biomarkery rakoviny vaječníků, vejcovodů, dělohy, endometria a hrdla děložního. In this bachelor thesis, information about the tumor markers of the female reproductive system is described. Tumor markers are divided according to their biochemical structure and knowledge of their properties and methods of blood detection is provided.
