V této bakalářské práci se zabývám optimalizací metodiky pro vyšetření genu MAPT. Patogenní mutace v tomto genu souvisí s rozvojem neurodegenerativních onemocnění jako například Frontotemporální lobární degenerace (FTLD) aj. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is concerned with optimization of the methods used for examination of MAPT gene. Pathogenic mutations in this particular gene are connected to development of the neurodegenerative diseases such as Frontotemporal lobar degeneration (FTLD) and others.
